MemeToro has entered Stage 7 of its crypto presale at $0.00430 per $MT, raising more than $139K while publishing code for an AI-guided fair-launch system on BNB Chain.
The project is designed to help creators build and launch memecoins using fixed distribution and funding rules. Its planned $MT token would connect users to an ecosystem covering launches, discovery and trading.
MemeToro’s presale remains speculative, and its AI product is still under development. However, the project says its focus on working infrastructure sets it apart from presales based mainly on promotional claims and social media activity.
Stage 7 presale and planned platform
MemeToro is an emerging BNB Chain project centred on memecoin creation and trading tools. The current Stage 7 price is $0.00430 per $MT, while its displayed launch target is $0.05186.
The project is also developing an AI agent intended to help creators select token allocations, funding arrangements and launch settings without requiring detailed knowledge of smart contracts. Those rules would then be implemented through a fair-launch contract structure.
The planned platform includes memecoin trading tools, prediction markets, a crypto news portal, creator and community activity, and AI-supported discovery features.
These remain roadmap items rather than completed products. MemeToro says $MT could be used for access, launch funding, platform transactions, staking and rewards. If users require the token to use key functions, demand could increase alongside platform activity.
Public code outlines fair-launch system
MemeToro has released 1,373 lines of Solidity across 17 files under an MIT licence. The material includes a fair-launch escrow contract, interfaces, tests and documentation.
The stated aim is to make important launch rules visible before buyers participate and to prevent creators from adding private insider allocations later. The design also sets out a model in which funds can move through refund or planned liquidity routes rather than a developer-controlled treasury path.
The release gives buyers code to inspect, but it is not a final security guarantee. The project still requires testnet deployment, liquidity execution and an independent security review.
MemeToro says the public development provides more evidence of technical progress than a project offering only a roadmap. Early funding could help it complete the roadmap, attract users and move towards a functioning launchpad, although the presale total itself does not establish future success.
$MT distribution and staking
The total supply is 1.2 billion tokens. The public sale accounts for 71%, with the remainder allocated to centralised exchange reserves at 10%, marketing partners at 7.56%, platform trading liquidity at 5%, network rewards at 4.44% and the core team at 2%.
The presale allocation is 100% unlocked and claimable on the official launch date. Partner allocations are subject to a 24-month vesting period, while the staking programme offers yields of up to 35% APR through programmatic distribution. The project describes its smart contract architecture as fully audited.
The active Stage 7 price is $0.00430 per $MT. The AI launchpad is not yet live and should be treated as a roadmap feature until a working product is released. Buyers are directed to the official MemeToro portal, memetoro.com, using a compatible wallet and supported payment option, and are warned never to share a seed phrase.
