The U.S. Patent and Trademark Workplace will host month-to-month webinars on subjects together with mental property within the metaverse and patent eligibility in blockchain, the workplace introduced on its web site.
The periods are designed to permit attendees to study blockchain and mental property, “dream with them about their future objectives, and achieve an understanding concerning the significance of IP protections on this rising know-how.”
