Ukraine is asserting the sale of non-fungible tokens (NFTs) to assist the Ukrainian Armed Forces after canceling plans for a crypto airdrop.
Yesterday, Ukraine said they have been making ready to airdrop a brand new coin for crypto donors who gave to the Ukrainian warfare efforts towards Russia.
“Airdrop confirmed. Snapshot will probably be taken tomorrow, on March third, at 6 pm Kyiv time (UTC/GMT +2 hours).

Nevertheless, later within the day, Ukrainian Vice Prime Minister and Minister of Digital Transformation Mykhailo Fedorov tweeted plans to cancel the airdrop and supply NFTs as an alternative.
“After cautious consideration, we determined to cancel airdrop. On daily basis there are increasingly more folks keen to assist Ukraine to battle again the aggression.
As an alternative, we are going to announce NFTs to assist Ukrainian Armed Forces quickly. We DO NOT HAVE any plans to challenge any fungible tokens.”
Ukraine’s crypto course correction follows a number of reviews of pretend spoof tokens being bought by scammers to make the most of the wartime efforts.
