Leading the day’s growth was Nako Fuel JSC, which achieved a remarkable 15% rise in share price. It was followed by Crypto Nation JSC with a 14.92% increase and Ard Financial Group JSC, which gained 10.18%. In contrast, Moninjbar JSC endured the steepest loss, dropping 11.55%, while Grand Systems JSC and Sharyn Gol JSC recorded declines of 8.55% and 3.91%, respectively.
Investment Fund and Bond Activity
The investment fund sector witnessed robust activity, with 352,813 units of two investment funds traded, generating over 284.6 million MNT in value. The corporate bond market also saw movement, with nine securities sold for 900,000 MNT on the secondary market. Additionally, 600 bonds changed hands in another segment of the market for 60,000 USD, equivalent to approximately 204.9 million MNT.
Iron Ore Trade Highlights
In mining-related transactions, Mongolrostsvetmet SOE completed a notable trade, selling a lot of 3,300 tons of 52% grade iron ore for 216,150 USD, amounting to 738.5 million MNT. This sale added significant value to the day’s overall trading activity.
Market Summary
The total value of all trades for the day reached 1.2 billion MNT. Despite the high trading volume, the TOP-20 index, which monitors the performance of the largest companies on the exchange, saw a marginal decline of 0.06%, closing at 48,994.79 points. Meanwhile, the exchange’s total market capitalization remained steady at 12.4 trillion MNT.
