Binance was named as considered one of Bitzlato’s high three receiving counterparties, based on an order by the US Treasury Monetary Crimes Enforcement Community (FinCEN).
The US authorities introduced enforcement actions in opposition to the little-known change on Jan. 18, accusing it of facilitating the laundering of $700 million. The change’s Russian founder Anatoly Legkodymov was arrested in Miami.
